The Food Help Centre allows you to sign in to view any Support tickets you've currently got open with us.
To do so you'll need to use the same email address you used to email us the query and a password that has already been created, if you don't yet have a password the "Get a password" link is where to head next;
Once registered (you may receive an automatic email so that you can verify your email address) then signing in will allow you to select to see your activities
That includes tickets you have raised with us or those where you were added as a CC
The Status drop-down allows you to filter the list to shows "All" tickets or those which are "Open", "Awaiting your reply" or "Solved"
