Using the guidelines in the articles above, if you have a query or issue that you'd like to raise then emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the details will automatically raise a ticket in your name.
Alternatively the "Submit a request" button will open a form to capture your query.
We do suggest using the "Submit a request" form only for simple queries. There is an attachment limit of 20MB when using the form. Where detailed descriptions and multiple screenshots or even small videos are to be included then an email will be much clearer, allowing the Support team to understand the query more readily.
